PTS demands high ethical standards of conduct from its employees and others doing business with our agency. Conduct such as offering gifts, gratuities or discounts to PTS employees to influence their decision in the purchasing process are strictly prohibited. Persons seeking to do business with PTS should carefully examine the ethics provisions of policy to ensure that standards of conduct are observed.
Contracts issued as a result of IFB’s, RFP’s and RFQ’s have terms and conditions included as a part of the packet that is issued with each solicitation. Procurement opportunities shall be posted on this site.
