Public Transit Services may; upon request; provide transportation services to/from DFW Airport.
Hours of Operations – Airport Service: Monday through Friday –
The Public Transit Services driver can pick up a passenger for delivery to the Airport as early as 5:30 a.m.
The Public Transit Services driver can pick up as late as 6:00 p.m. at the Airport so long as the drop off time for the client does not extend past 8:00 p.m. An “Overage Fee: shall apply to time extended beyond an 8:01 p.m. drop off time.
Public Transit Services shall arrive at the Airport for a scheduled pick up and may wait up to one-hour for the client. [Overage Fees shall apply for delays exceeding one-hour – call PTS for details].
When scheduling airport transportation; please provide the PTS Scheduler with:
Arrival/Departure – Date/Time
Flight Information [Flight/Gate Number; etc.]
Customer Cell Phone Number [To make contact in the event of delays]
Saturday “Airport Service” can be provided upon request if service is available. Call PTS for details
